The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
If you wish to change the delivery address, you must let the Customer Service Team know at least two business days prior to the dispatch of your Order. If your order has already been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
If you order large or bulky items, Bathe will contact you by telephone or email to arrange with you a suitable time for delivery. Note – baths are only available for collection from Bathe at 25 John Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040 or delivery to metropolitan Sydney only at a cost of $50 per delivery.
For delivery of larger items, you must advise at the time you place your Order or later when you discuss delivery with Bathe, of any difficulties that may be involved in the delivery (such as stairs or narrow entries). If you do not state the situation correctly and on arrival the delivery contractor deems it to be a difficult location you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist.
Once your order is placed, your delivery will be dispatched within 3 days. We use Startrack or TNT for most of our deliveries and delivery normally occurs within 2-3 days of dispatch depending on your location. Bathe will endeavour to ensure delivery of your Order to you within ten (10) days of the date you placed your Order. Delivery times may be greater than 10 business days for regional or remote areas.
There are factors out of our control which may vary the delivery ETA of your products however we will do everything possible to eliminate or reduce these factors. Bathe cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
You will be provided with a tracking number, via email, once the goods have been dispatched.
Excluding baths and bulky items, the cost per item for delivery is $25. Where items can be consolidated, this amount will be reduced. If you wish to have items consolidated into one delivery, please call our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Orders for Collection at Bathe
If you select to collect your goods from Bathe, our Customer Service Team will contact you by telephone or email to notify you when the Order is available for collection.
Orders for collection from Bathe must be collected within 21 days of Bathe giving you notice by telephone or by email that your Order is available for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time, Bathe has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and reorder the goods for you or refund your payment.
Items can be picked up from our Leichhardt warehouse. We are open for pickups Monday to Friday only from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm.
